Savora

Blaze Savora is human wizard and the member of the Flaming Fist. She can be found in Wyrm's Rock Fortress in Act Three.

Involvement

Savora guards the northern drawbridge of the fortress, which leads to the Lower City of Baldur's Gate, accompanied by a single  Steel Watcher. She is not very keen on participating in conversations, encouraging the party to mind their own business.

Deals 8d8⁠⁠Necrotic damage to a target. Plants take maximum damage from this spell, and have  Disadvantage on the  Saving Throw against it.

The fire elemental can use  Smouldering Touch,  Erupting Cinder, and can make your foes  Burn.

If it is higher level than the spell slot you used to Counterspell, you must make a check using your spellcasting ability^{[See: Bugs]} to prevent it. The check's difficulty is equal to 10 plus the level of the spell you are trying to counter.

If the spell misses, the target still takes half the initial damage, but no damage at the end of its next turn.
