Dextor only appears if Minthara launches a raid on the Emerald Grove. If Minthara learns of the Grove's location such as through the party, Liam's interrogation, or Sazza, she gathers a group of goblins to attack the sanctuary. Dextor does not appear in the Goblin Camp and is only encountered during this raid. As a sapper, Dextor's only purpose is to act as a suicide bomber and blow himself up on an enemy target.
