Ice Mephits are a type of Elemental creature in Baldur's Gate 3.

Ice Mephits can be summoned using the spell Conjure Minor Elemental: Ice Mephits Conjure Minor Elemental: Ice Mephits.

They explode in a burst of ice on death and can use cold attacks.
