Sahuagin are a type of aquatic humanoid and non-playable race.

They are found near the docks that are east of Philgrave's Mansion, in the Iron Throne and in the Water Queen's Cellar.

The scent of blood sends the sahuagin into a Blood-scent Frenzy Blood-scent Frenzy!

Blood-scent Frenzy Blood-scent Frenzy grants the sahuagin Advantage Advantage on melee Attack Roll Attack Rolls against any target that doesn't have all of its hit points, provided it's not a construct, an ooze, a plant or an elemental.

  • The Sahuagin encountered east of Philgrave's Mansion have the Wet Wet condition applied to them on arrival.
    • If the party drops the Netherstones in the Iron Throne and leaves without them, they will be placed in the bodies of one of the Sahuagin.
