Act Two[edit section | visual editor]

Meygan can be encountered near the entrance to the Shadow-Cursed Lands from the Grymforge lift as part of a Harper expedition led by LassandraLassandra, which consists of herself, KarrowKarrow, and YonasYonas. Shortly after meeting the party, Yonas is ambushed and corrupted by a Shadow, causing him to become a Shadow-Cursed UndeadShadow-Cursed Undead. Immediately after Yonas' demise, a battle with the ambushing Shadows begins.

Last Light Inn[edit section | visual editor]

If Lassandra survives the fight, she speaks with the party again and marks a safe location on their map, known as Last Light Inn. If Lassandra dies in the fight, Meygan speaks with the party. However, she does not offer to mark the party's map. Instead, she instructs them to follow her to the Inn's safety.

If the party enter the Shadow-Cursed Lands through the Rosymorn Monastery Trail and start Follow the ConvoyFollow the Convoy instead, the party can reach Last Light Inn and observe Meygan returning to the sanctuary with Lassandra and Karrow.

If the party visit the Last Light Inn, Karrow is mourning Yonas on a rocky ledge south of the docks. If Meygan survives the ambush, she is also kneeling before Yonas' shrine. Speaking with her reveals she had developed feelings towards Yonas, but he lost his life before she could confess to him.

Talking to her grants the following inspiration:

A party member can offer her Yonas' Harper Blade. If they do, she provides gold in return for this memento. However, after MarcusMarcus assaults the Last Light Inn, the option to return the blade to Meygan is no longer available.

Resolve the Abduction[edit section | visual editor]

When MarcusMarcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap IsobelIsobel during Resolve the AbductionResolve the Abduction, Meygan is too far away from the action to provide any help in the ensuing fight. If Isobel is not saved, Meygan and everyone else at the Last Light Inn, save for JaheiraJaheira, turn into Shadow-Cursed UndeadShadow-Cursed Undead.

Notes and references[edit section | visual editor]

  1. Meygan has three different, albeit very faint tattoos on her face despite player characters only being able to have one: Cursed Rose, Migration, and Sharp Candelabra.
  2. Meygan, much like Karrow, Lassandra, and Yonas, are the only level 5 Harpers in Act Two. All other Harpers in Last Light Inn are level 6, except for Jaheira, who is level 8. However, it is possible to have Lassandra, Karrow and Meygan "level up" to level 6 by using fast travel to a waypoint in the Rosymorn Monastery Trail, for example Rosymorn Monastery.
  3. Meygan has four level 1 spell slots and two level 2 spell slots, despite having no spell to cast.
  4. As of Patch 6 and after, despite having Extra Attack, Meygan is not able to attack twice during her turns.
  5. Meygan wears a set of armor similar to the Studded Leather Armour set, but with a scarf covering the collar of the outfit. She also wears a circlet identical in appearance to the Scabby Pugilist Circlet.
