Harper Hangfar is a Harper who patrols the northern side of Last Light Inn during Act Two.
You look well-equipped. Good. You wouldn't believe the state of some of these lads.

Last Light Inn[edit section | visual editor]

Hangfar is at the Last Light Inn, where he patrols the same northern side route of the docks area as NaysaNaysa. Speaking with Hangfar reveals that he thinks some Harpers at the inn are under-equipped.[1]

Resolve the Abduction[edit section | visual editor]

When MarcusMarcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap IsobelIsobel during Resolve the AbductionResolve the Abduction, Hangfar usually fails his saving throw and is ImpaledImpaled for the remainder of the battle. If Isobel is not saved, Hangfar and everyone in Last Light Inn turn into a Shadow-Cursed UndeadShadow-Cursed Undead, save for JaheiraJaheira.

If Marcus is defeated, talking with Hangfar after the battle lets him mention to the party that he played cards with Marcus, and thought they were friends.[2]

Assault Moonrise Towers[edit section | visual editor]

If Isobel is saved at the Last Light Inn and the NightsongNightsong is freed from her cage and heads for Moonrise, Hangfar follows Jaheira to Moonrise Towers. However, Hangfar is killed during the fight against Absolute forces before the party arrive. His corpse is in Moonrise nestled in a nook between a wall and the staircase leading down from the entrance.

  3. As of Patch 6 and after, despite having Extra Attack, Hangfar is not able to attack twice during his turns.
