Zealous Assistants are undead characters found in Act Two.

Involvement[edit section | visual editor]

These undead nurses are the reanimated workers of the House of Healing, serving Shar's Scalpel Malus ThormMalus Thorm. They receive his instruction with blind loyalty, willing even to kill him or themselves if so instructed.

Each nurse has identical statistics, though they can wield different weapons and some have unique functions, such as the receptionist Sister SindaSister Sinda and trader Sister LidwinSister Lidwin.

The in-game names of each nurse follows the convention "Sister [Name]."

Each attack deals an additional 1d6NecroticNecrotic in the hands of a nurse. Can use weapon actions.

Heal The Surgeon.

Wrench at a foe's soul and inflict Confusion Confusion.

Also, in the auditorium of the House of Healing the party can find the corpses of the Sisters Clara, Inessa, Julia and Patricia. Their bodies can be looted for common versions of the weapons mentioned above.
