Ghouls are an Undead creature in Baldur's Gate 3.

About Ghouls[edit section | visual editor]

Ghouls devour the flesh of corpses and hunger for that of the living. Their claws can cause paralysis paralysis, and they are immune to Poison⁠Poison.

They are immune to Demonspirit Madness Demonspirit Madness. This prevents them from being driven Mad Mad due to a failed Wisdom saving throw when the summoner wears  Abyss Beckoners. Their Claws attack has a fixed save DC of 5 to Paralyse the target.

This particular Ghoul type can be created through the level five variant of the Animate Dead Animate Dead spell, Animate Dead: Ghoul Animate Dead: Ghoul.
