Giant Skeleton is an undead creature in Baldur's Gate 3. 2 of them can be summoned with

Retinue of the Vampire Lord in The High Hall.

About Giant Skeletons[edit | edit source]

Giant Skeletons can only be encountered if the party let Astarion ascend and use Retinue of the Vampire Lord when reaching The High Hall. They are weak melee fighters but can be useful at tanking some damage and attacks thanks to their high Armour Class and hitpoints.
