Fist Havard is a human ranger and a member of the Flaming Fist. He can be found in the streets of Rivington in Act Three.

Fist Havard is patrolling the streets of Rivington with Fist IngramFist Ingram. Their route runs a vast circle between the Rivington General and the Requisitioned Barn past the following points:

Havard and his mate do not respond to any attempts to speak to them.
