Charming Latham

Charming Latham is a member of the Guild.

Involvement

Latham can be found in the middle of an argument with the  Stone Lord's people on the western shore in Rivington during Act Three.

The water elemental can use  Winter's Breath,  Slam, and can mete out cold punishment upon foes with its fists.

 Ice Knife ( + )

Damage: 3~22

1d10⁠Piercing

+ 2d6⁠Cold

Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6Cold damage to anyone nearby. It leaves an  Ice surface. On miss, the shard of ice still explodes.

This spell can be cast while you are  Silenced.

 Ice Storm ( + )

Damage: 6~40

2d8⁠Bludgeoning

+ 4d6⁠Cold

Impel a storm of hail and ice to crash from the sky, covering the ground and striking all objects and creatures within range, dealing ⁠Bludgeoning and ⁠Cold damage. It also creates an  Ice surface that lasts 2 turns.

Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.

Stab an enemy and possibly inflict  Gaping Wounds.

Undead and constructs can't receive Gaping Wounds.

Reduces the target's Movement Speed by 3 m / 10 ft.

Notes

• Despite having  Conjure Elemental: Water Elemental and  Ice Storm spells Latham is unable to cast it because he lacks required Spell Slots.^[verify]
