The Rage Queller may appear during the final battle Atop the Netherbrain if the party side with the Emperor and a Barbarian is present.

Damage: 4~24

Normal weapon damage

+ 4d6⁠Psychic

Possibly  Stagger your target. It can't take reactions and is more likely to miss.
