Ratin Sesescor is on the bottom floor of Alexander's house in the Lower City. If spoken to using Speak with Animals, Ratin asks the player if they are the new cheese-dropper. It goes on to explain that their previous dropper has stopped dropping cheese ever since the "red man" visited, though he did instead drop some delicious red morsels.
