Young Mud Mephits are a type of Elemental creature.

Young Mud Mephits are created by Ancient Mud Mephits Ancient Mud Mephits during Act One in the secluded Decrepit Sanctuary. As with most summoned creatures, they give no experience or drops.

Far weaker than their mature counterparts, they serve only to hinder whoever they attack through numbers and the muddy patches they leave behind on death.
