Fungal Zombie

Fungal Zombie are a special type of zombie creature created from the class action  Fungal Infestation available to Circle of the Spores druid at Level 6.

About

This version of the zombie can apply  Crawling Gnaw to targets it hits. When a creature dies with the  Crawling Gnaw condition active, they raise as a "Newborn Zombie." A Newborn Zombie has 10 HP and takes 1⁠⁠Necrotic damage each turn. A Newborn Zombie otherwise has the same stats as a regular Zombie.

Hit a target with your bare fists and infect it with the  Crawling Gnaw.

Constructs, elementals, oozes, plants, undead, and members of your adventuring party can't be infected.

Undead Fortitude

Due to its passive  Undead Fortitude, zombies can come back to life at 1 HP when killed, unless the killing blow was a critical hit, or the damage type is ⁠Radiant. This can make zombies resilient to death, thus requiring more actions to kill.
