Pactsplitter is a hostile Countermeasure Aberration in Baldur's Gate 3.

Involvement

Pactsplitter may appear during the fight Atop the Netherbrain if the party side with the Emperor and a Warlock is present.

Possibly  Banish your target to another plane of existence.

 Attack rolls against it have  Advantage and the foe attacks with  Disadvantage.

 Hypnotic Pattern ( + )

 Hypnotise creatures that can see the pattern. They cannot attack you. They cannot move nor act.

This spell can be cast while you are  Silenced.

 Range: 18 m (60 ft)

 Main Hand Attack ()   –  Rapier +2

Damage: 6~13

1d8 + 5⁠Piercing

Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.

 Melee: 1.5 m (5 ft)

 Misty Step ( + )

Surrounded by silver mist, you teleport to an unoccupied space you can see.

 Range: 18 m (60 ft)
