Narvass is in the Goblin Camp in Act One.

Involvement

Act One

If a party member speaks with Narvass before  Dror Ragzlin, he asks them not to interrupt Ragzlin's interrogation of the mind flayer corpse. If spoken to afterwards, Narvass repeats Ragzlin's orders to the player character and advises them not to disappoint  Minthara.

Narvass and  Kagran patrol the small gallery above Ragzlin's throne. As part of his retinue, they both join him in combat if a fight breaks out.
