Idle banter[edit section | visual editor]

  • Zealot Soreni
You ought to be kinder, you know. To the prisoners, I mean.
  • Zealot Soreni
Any one of them could be elevated to True Soul, should they accept the Absolute.
  • Zealot Zira
Ugh. Then I shall have to keep them busy praying for mercy from other gods, won't I?
  • Zealot Zira
    You're mistaken, surely.
  • Zealot Soreni
    I am not.
  • Zealot Zira
But we've seen, what? Five True Souls sent for an audience?
  • Zealot Soreni
And not a single one came back down from the tower-top. Must've been unworthy.
  • Zealot Zira
It is impossible to keep a garment clean down here.
  • Zealot Soreni
You'll find it all the harder once we're off on the march.
  • Zealot Zira
If you think I'm walking all the way to Baldur's Gate without a litter, you don't know me at all.
  • Zealot Soreni
Oh, of course! Perhaps our prisoners can be your bearers. A fine view from gnome-back, I expect.
