Sarabayle is a necromancer[1] of the Cult of Myrkul found in Act Two. She appears in the Moonrise Towers Prison after the party launch the assault on the cultthe assault on the cult.

Involvement[edit section | visual editor]

Sarabayle is always hostile when met. Along with her allied necromancers Willinx JindlebeeWillinx Jindlebee and Duckie VerishDuckie Verish, she flanks the army of undead which confronts any trespassers into the prison.

Unlike the Zealots, Adepts, and other members of the Cult of the Absolute, it appears Sarabayle and the other Mistresses of Souls are fully aware of what the Absolute is and the religious hoax they're perpetrating.[2] This greater understanding (and accompanying disdain) is shared by the other high-ranking Myrkulite necromancers serving Ketheric ThormKetheric Thorm, with Kressa BonedaughterKressa Bonedaughter bemoaning the weak servility of the infected she's presented with, and BalthazarBalthazar using the player character's worm-infested status as an expletive.

Winning the battle gains A Bone To PickA Bone To Pick for party members with the SoldierSoldier background.

Notes and references[edit section | visual editor]

  1. Despite being named as necromancers at several points, all Mistresses of Souls are Evocation Wizards.
  2. When a party member talks to Radija, if they pass an Insight check or try to link with her own parasite, it is revealed that she does not have one and that she (along with Kressa Bonedaughter) views party members with scorn for being unwitting infected tools.
